Where is the PhoenixAI booth?

Booth #2181 at the Venetian Convention Center in Las Vegas, right outside the Keynote hall. Expo hours are Mon Nov 30, 4–7 PM; Tue Dec 1 and Wed Dec 2, 10 AM–6 PM; Thu Dec 3, 10 AM–4 PM (Pacific Time).

How does the pin drop work?

Pick up a backing card and the first pin on Monday, Nov 30, then come back each day for the next one. Each design is revealed the morning it drops, on our LinkedIn page.

How do I get the rare Thursday pin?

Post your pins on LinkedIn on Thursday, Dec 3, and show the post to someone at the booth. The rare phoenix pin is yours while they last.

Are the pins free?

Yes. Every pin is free. No demo or meeting needed.

1. Sponsor

The PhoenixAI "Demo to Win" Mac mini Daily Drawing (the "Drawing") is sponsored by PhoenixData AI, Inc., 2261 Market Street #71864, San Francisco, CA 94114 ("Sponsor"). The Drawing is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Amazon Web Services, Inc., Amazon.com, Inc. or their affiliates ("AWS"), or Apple Inc. Apple and Mac mini are trademarks of Apple Inc. Questions: marketing@phoenixdata.ai.

2. Eligibility

Open only to people who live in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and have a US mailing address (US citizenship or permanent residency is not required), 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live, if older), who are registered attendees of AWS re:Invent 2026 (the "Event") with a valid Event badge, or who enter through the free alternate method in Section 4. Not eligible: employees, officers, directors and contractors of Sponsor and its affiliates, of Propel Marketing and of any other agency involved in the Drawing, and their immediate family and household members; employees of any government, government agency or government-owned or -controlled entity, and of public educational institutions; and anyone whose employer's policies prohibit accepting the prize.

3. Drawing periods

Four daily Drawing Periods during Event expo hours at the Venetian Convention Center, Las Vegas, NV (Pacific Time): Mon Nov 30, 2026, 4–7 PM; Tue Dec 1, 10 AM–6 PM; Wed Dec 2, 10 AM–6 PM; Thu Dec 3, 10 AM–4 PM. Entries count only for the Drawing Period in which they are received.

4. How to enter

At the booth: complete a live product demo with a PhoenixAI staff member at Booth #2181 during a Drawing Period. Staff scan your Event badge and mark it as an entry. Free alternate method: email marketing@phoenixdata.ai during a Drawing Period with the subject "Mac mini Drawing" and your full name, company, mailing address and phone number. Emailed entries have the same chance of winning. Limits: one entry per person per Drawing Period, whatever the method; one prize per person for the whole Drawing. Automated, duplicate or multiple-identity entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for entries not recorded because of scanner, network or other technical failures.

5. Prizes

Four prizes, one per Drawing Period: one Apple Mac mini with M6 chip, 16GB memory and 256GB storage, approximate retail value US $899 each; total ARV US $3,596. Shipped to the winner's US address after the Event at no cost. No transfer, substitution or cash redemption, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all taxes; Sponsor may require an IRS Form W-9 and will issue each winner an IRS Form 1099.

6. Drawing and odds

After each Drawing Period closes, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from that period's eligible entries at about 8:00 PM PT the same day. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received in that Drawing Period. Sponsor's decisions are final.

7. Winner notification

You do not need to be present to win. Potential winners are notified by email after that day's drawing and must reply within 5 business days, confirm eligibility and give a US mailing address. Sponsor may require a signed declaration of eligibility, liability and (where lawful) publicity release, and a Form W-9, within 7 days of request. A potential winner who doesn't respond in time, is ineligible, or declines the prize (including because of employer rules) forfeits it, and Sponsor will select an alternate winner from the same Drawing Period.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, winners agree that Sponsor may announce their name, company, city and state, including on LinkedIn and Sponsor's website, without further compensation. Sponsor will ask before posting a photo.

9. Release and limitation of liability

Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, AWS, Apple Inc., Propel Marketing and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims arising from the Drawing or any prize. Prizes are provided "as is," with only the manufacturer's warranty. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, human error, or prizes lost or damaged in shipping.

10. General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry, breaks these rules or acts disruptively. If the Drawing cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, Event cancellation or other causes beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel it and award prizes from eligible entries received before the problem.

11. Privacy

Entry information is used to run the Drawing and contact winners, under PhoenixAI's privacy policy.

12. Governing law and venue

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Drawing will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over San Mateo County, California.

13. Winners list

For winners' first names and states, email marketing@phoenixdata.ai with the subject "re:Invent 2026 Mac mini winners" by March 31, 2027.
